Parent's Guide to Revenge of the Sith is important for those worried about a PG13 movie being promoted in toy aisles and BK kids meals.
I have never been so offended by an "adaptation" as I was with Earthsea. It was like they went out of their way to personaly insult every fan of the series in a much more violent way than a mere slap in the face. I could rant for days.
I'm much too riled to post what I wanted. I'll be back later.

I also heard that the tv series was awful. In fact I think I saw a website with Ursula LeGuin (sp?)'s comments on it, that initially she was involved but they forced her out and messed it all up. I actually recorded it on to VHS but never watched it. I guess I should probably recycle the tape and do you what you suggest--read the books!
