Well, this might be my last entry for the next nine days.  I'll try getting online Sunday night, but I can't guarantee.  I'll just have to revert to paper and pencil journaling.  Oh well. 

It's raining right now.  A nice gentle rain.  The weatherpeople were claiming the rain wouldn't arrive until tomorrow night.  It's raining rather severely over in California tonight.  I wonder if that'll effect our trip any.  It'd be cool if the rain continued next week and kept crowds low.  Of course, rain might cause some attractions to be closed as well.  Oh well.  What will be will be.

I was thinking that the old rhyme "Knick Knack, Paddy Wack" would make a good music video if the lyrics were sung with modern music.  I could see the drummer playing on various body parts and house accessories in the video.  I was playing with different sounds, and thought that either metal rap or grung would work best.  Of course, not having a band or influence on any of the bands I know, I doubt my music video will ever see the light of day. 

Cool!  That's a new HP:CS commercial I hadn't seen yet.  I totally can't wait to see it.  Once I've got a paycheck or two after my vacation, I should go buy my own hardbacks of the series.  I was reading one web site that quoted Rowling as saying that the character whose evolution was going to surprise people the most was the Sorting Hat.  That's a cool promise if I've ever heard one.  If you think about it, though, the Sorting Hat is instrumental to Harry's victory in HP:CS. 

My manager called me managerial material today, in that I'm-only-laughing-to-keep-you-at-ease way.  Not only is that disconcerting, it's curious.  Why would he need to say such a thing, considering the fact that we've talked about my managerial experience in the past.  I hope they're not planning on surprising me about something.
