"Breathe"
Last night I listened to Doctor Who: Red Dawn rather than come online. This despite the fact that I knew I would have an E-mail backload tonight. Oh well. It was worth it. I almost put it on again tonight for a repeat performance. But duty, as always, calls.
I can tell the stress of recent weeks is having a deeper effect than I'd like to admit. Even though I had nine hours of sleep the other night, the next morning when a passing car pelted me with garbage I cursed rather than smiling, waving, and thanking them as is my usual manner. Normally, I welcome the offer of humility, but yesterday morning I had a split second of rage before I realised the error of my way. I did wave and force a smile immediately after that, but the damage was done.
And if I needed more "proof" for others that I'll never be accused of bordom:

If you liked Red Dawn, you'll love The Spectre of Lanyon Moor and Winter for the Adept! I find the Who audios most enjoyable WHILE writing/responding to e-mail and goofing off online in general....
We all have bad days. No one will begrudge you running out of patience and grace every once in a while!
